Our cleaning crew consist of two housecleaners. All rooms: Dusting: Light dusting of furniture, shelves, baseboards, blinds, windows Floors: Vacuum/ mop all floors, carpets, stairs Glass: Dust and clean all surfaces Trash: Empty trash in all rooms Kitchen: Appliances: Clean, dry and shine all exteriors Countertops: Wash and sanitize all surfaces including backsplash Cabinets: Clean outer surfaces, leave light polish Refrigerator: Clean exterior, light shine ( additional costs to clean interior $ 20 ) Sink : Clean, scrub and sanitize Bathrooms: Toilets: Scrub and sanitize toilet, including bowl/ seat/ lid/ tank/ base Sink and Countertop: Scrub, disinfect and deodorize entire sink area, including vanity and exterior cabinets. Shower and Tub: Scrub, disinfect and deodorize shower tubs. Light shine on fixtures Mirrors/ fixtures: Clean, dry and shine all mirrors/ chrome Rates: 1.5 hours - $150 2 hours - $170 2.5 hours - $190 ***1st Time Cleanings $120 and up Additional Services: Clean inside Refrigerator: $20 Clean inside Oven: $20 Heavy Dusting: Please call Change linens: $20 plus
