Maid IN DC has your safety/ security as well as the protection of your personal property as our # 1 priority. Our employees are pre-screened/ trained and supervised to ensure your protection.
Furthermore, we are licensed/ bonded and insured for your protection as well as ours.
- How does the Housekeeper know what needs to be done?
You set the criteria/ priorities before you place your order. Our staff is given your “customized cleaning” order, and they clean according to your instructions. Of course you can add/ change your priorities anytime you like.
- Do I need to do anything before my housekeepers arrive ?
We ask that for best results, please take a few minutes to “ de-clutter” all rooms of toys/ clothes/ etc, so that our staff can most effectively clean your home.
- How often will you clean my home?
We offer weekly/ bi-weekly and monthly service
- What are your “typical rates” ?
***1st Time Cleanings $120 and up
We offer discounts if you provide ALL of your own cleaning supplies
- What is your cancellation policy ?
We require 48 hrs notice of cancellation. Less than 2 days notice may result in a $35 cancellation fee. |
